COMFAST WiFi 5 repeater collection
WiFi 5 Repeaters and Range Extenders
Compare four COMFAST dual-band 802.11ac repeaters for home, office and commercial network extension. Review verified wireless rates, antenna configurations, output power, Ethernet ports and operating modes before requesting samples or a quotation.
Network-first selection
Choose the Right WiFi 5 Repeater for Your Network
Start with the coverage gap and installation conditions. Then compare the radio design, antenna configuration, Ethernet requirement and supported operating modes.
For newer routers and higher-capacity deployments, compare our WiFi 6 repeater models and WiFi 7 repeater solutions before selecting the best generation for your project.
Home coverage
Identify weak rooms or floors and choose a placement point where the repeater can still receive a usable signal from the main router.
Office coverage
Record user density, meeting-room requirements, interference sources and any wired-device connection needs before selecting a model.
High-power extension
Compare output power and antenna design for difficult layouts. Higher specifications do not replace an on-site placement and compatibility check.
Placement and installation
WiFi Repeater Placement, Antennas and Ethernet
Repeater performance depends on both the selected hardware and its relationship to the main router.
Signal placement
Install the repeater where the upstream WiFi signal is still usable. A device placed inside a complete dead zone has no strong source signal to repeat.
Ethernet connection
All four specifications list one 10/100 Mbps RJ45 Ethernet port. Confirm WAN/LAN behavior for the intended operating mode.
Display and controls
CF-WR760AC and CF-WR762AC include an LCD display. WPS availability differs: CF-WR762AC lists RESET only, while the other models list WPS/RST.
Outdoor boundary: the supplied specifications do not state an outdoor enclosure or weatherproof rating. Use these models indoors unless COMFAST confirms another deployment condition in writing.

Selection answers
WiFi 5 Repeater FAQs
Where Should a WiFi Repeater Be Installed?
Place it between the router and weak area where the source WiFi signal remains usable. Walls, floors, interference and router capability can change results. Ask COMFAST to confirm placement for the intended site.
Do All Four Models Support WPS?
No universal claim should be made. The CF-WR762AC specification lists a RESET button, while the other three supplied specifications list WPS/RST or WPS/RESET.
Is AC1200 the Actual Internet Speed?
No. AC1200 is a wireless-class description based on nominal band rates. Real throughput depends on the router, source connection, placement, interference and connected devices.
When Should You Choose Mesh or a Wireless Bridge?
Use the Mesh versus extender guide and wireless bridge versus repeater guide to compare network roles.
